Tasks
I. International Medical Services
- Implemented medical service internationalization initiatives in alignment with government policies.
- Coordinated and arranged medical services for international patients traveling to Taiwan for treatment.
- Developed and enhanced culturally friendly healthcare services for international patients, including obtaining and maintaining Muslim-friendly environment certification, as well as providing Indonesian and Vietnamese interpretation services.
II. International Collaboration
- Plan and coordinate the NCKUH's annual international collaboration programs.
- Implement international collaboration and humanitarian assistance programs in alignment with government policies, and promote medical diplomacy.
- Execute government-sponsored programs for the training and professional development of overseas medical professionals in Taiwan.
- Promote the integration of medical services with the health industry to expand into international markets.
- Undertake other assignments in coordination with government ministries and agencies, including organizing international conferences, participating in medical exhibitions, inviting and hosting international delegations, and managing related reception and protocol affairs.
III. Health Promotion
- Collaborate with government health promotion initiatives and accreditation programs to continuously enhance the quality of healthcare services.
- Obtain educational certification from the Taiwan Society of Health Promoting Hospitals and actively participate in related training and professional development activities.
IV. Responsible for coordinating and compiling documentation for Mission 5: Active Participation in International Health Activities and the Provision of Essential International Medical Assistance as part of the Medical Center Accreditation Standards.
V. Perform other duties and assignments related to the operations of the International Medical Center as assigned.
